Paranormal Investigation

I am working on an idea for a Paranormal
Investigation Show. The intent is to create a documentary
style show with an emphasis on scientific data and historical
research. Here are the descriptions for the positions.

Research Team
Leader
The Research Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the
Research Team in the collection of historical data that can
either corroborate or disprove the verbal history collected
during case interviews. The Research Team Leader will be expected
to utilize all available resources to gather information about
the investigation site and supervise the Research Team Members
in this task. The Research Team Leader will be expected to
provide training, maintain scheduling and enforce adherence
to established protocols within the Research Team. The information
collected will need to be analyzed and disseminated to the
other Teams and assembled into a statement that will accompany
the final report for the investigation. This is a working
position, the incumbent will be expected to perform research
as well as supervise the Research Team. For the Research Team
Leader position a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in
Historical Research, or equivalent, is preferred. A lower
level degree and equivalent experience may also be accepted.
Research Team Member
Research Team Members will be responsible for the collection
of historical facts and details about the site being investigated
under the direction of the Research Team Leader. Research
Team Members will assist the Research Team Leader in the dissemination
of the information collected to the other Teams and the creation
of the final report at the end of the investigation. Research
Team Member positions require a minimum of a Associate’s
degree in Historical Research, or equivalent, is preferred.
A lower level degree and equivalent experience may also be
accepted.
Investigation Team
Leader
The Investigation Team Leader will be responsible for the
supervision of the Investigation Team to include training,
scheduling and enforcing established protocols. The Investigation
Team Leader will guide investigations using the accepted procedures
and processes for the proper collection of data. The Investigation
Team Leader will coordinate activities with the other Team
Leaders to ensure there is no contamination of data, and that
the data is able to be analyzed accurately. This is a working
position, the incumbent will be expected to perform investigations
as well as supervise the Investigation Team. For the Investigation
Team Leader position a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or equivalent is preferred.
A lower level degree and equivalent experience may also be
accepted.
Investigation Team
Member
Investigation Team Members will be responsible for the collection
of data during a paranormal investigation under the direction
of the Investigation Team Leader. Investigation Team Members
will assist the Investigation Team Leader in the dissemination
of the data collected to the other Teams and will work with
the other Teams to ensure that the data collected is not contaminated.
For Investigation Team Member positions a minimum of a Associate’s
degree in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or equivalent
is preferred. A lower level degree and equivalent experience
may also be accepted.
