creator looking for 'Heroes'
The
Age of Heroes: A Live Action Role-Playing Game is a labor
of love that I have been working on for a
few years now. I came to the Northern New York area in 1997,
and could not find a local live action role-playing game,
so in 2000 I decided to start my own. I designed the game
system and created the world that
The Age of Heroes was set in. I bought props and costumes
and built the boffer weapons for the game and
by 2003 we were holding events at a local summer camp. Then
I was deployed to Iraq in the spring of 2004
and when I returned in the fall of 2005, the location that
we were using was no longer available.
Currently we have a group of people that are interested in
running and playing The
Age of Heroes game, but we are still looking for a location
to hold events. I am working with a real estate agent to find
land that can be rented or purchased, but if anyone has a
suggestion, I would love to hear from you. As soon as we have
a location for the events we will begin staging The
Age of Heroes weekends again.
We are always looking for investors to help us provide a quality
gaming experience with The
Age of Heroes. Investment opportunities exist in the areas
of game production, specifically related to props, equipment,
location and logistics. Additional information about these
opportunities can be provided upon request.
